Niio ensures you retain all copyright and moral rights to your work. Our platform operates on a non-exclusive distribution model, allowing you to showcase or sell your art on other platforms simultaneously.
Manage your sales effectively following these rules regarding editions:
Edition Exclusivity: Specific editions listed on Niio are exclusive to the platform (e.g., if you offer editions 1–5 of 10 on Niio, you cannot sell those same edition numbers elsewhere) .
Traceability: Each sale generates a unique serial number and Certificate of Authenticity in the Niio cloud to protect market value .
Consistency: It is your responsibility to ensure edition numbers and pricing remain consistent across all galleries or platforms where your work is available .
To help Niio promote your work, you grant the platform a non-exclusive license to reproduce and display your content. This authorization allows us to feature your art on client screens and social media channels like Instagram to drive engagement and revenue.
You can download or remove your original files from your Portfolio at any time. If a work is currently part of an active exhibition, we simply ask that you wait until the display period ends before deletion.
