Keep your account information current and accurate using the My Area section of the Niio app or website. This personal hub allows you to edit your profile, update subscription preferences, and manage your connected displays.
Update your core account details by following these steps on the mobile app:
In the Home section tap the collapsible menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top right corner. Click on the notepad icon to edit your personal details.
To change your email address, select Change Email and tap Send a Request .
To update your account type (e.g., Artist, Collector, or Art Fan), select Change Role and submit your new selection.
⚠️ Important! Changing your account's role is not automatic. You must submit a request and receive confirmation from our team.
If you want to enhance your credibility as a creator or gallery, you can apply for a Verified label. Within the mobile Edit menu, navigate to Account Verification, fill out the required fields, and select Send to have our curatorial team review your profile.
Manage your displays and hardware visiting the Your Displays section on the app. Click on the desired display and then choose Settings in the upper right corner to choose which content to play, what elements to show on the screen, or rename the device for easier control .
To close your account or delete your data, select Delete Account Request from the Edit menu. Provide a brief reason for the deletion, and our support team will process your request within 48 hours.
