Securely share, exhibit, or monetize your digital collection using the transfer feature to send artworks directly to collectors, curators, or galleries.
These transfers are handled via email and allow recipients to view or manage your work without you losing ownership of the original file.
How to transfer an individual artwork:
Select the artwork in your Portfolio or Vault and click Transfer Artwork .
Choose your transfer type: Private Share (revocable viewing), Loan (timed display with or without a fee), or Consign (granting a gallery rights to sell on your behalf) .
Enter the recipient’s email, set an optional password for security, and click Send .
If you’d like to submit a collection for global exposure, navigate to your Channels, select an artcast, and click Transfer Artcast. By choosing Private Subscribe and sending it to curatorial@niio.com, your work is officially submitted for consideration in our curated programs .
⚙️ Maintain control over your assets using the Manage button to track history. You can instantly revoke a Private Share to remove it from the recipient's account, though Transfer Ownership is permanent once accepted.
