When you delete your account, anything you have uploaded to Niio will be removed. Please make sure this is what you want to do. Our team will assist you in this process.

1. In My Area, click on the top right 'Edit' button - the button that looks like a notepad.

2. Select ‘Delete Account Request’

3. Please explain the reason for deleting the account in the text box, and press ‘Send Request’

4. The support team will get back to you in 48 hours.
