Ensure your art displays correctly on vertical screens by specifying the orientation in the Display Guidelines. This prevents your work from appearing sideways or stretched on professional portrait displays.
How to set your artwork for portrait orientation:
Upload the file: Ensure your video is either native portrait (9:16) or landscape tilted 90 degrees.
Edit Metadata: In the Artwork Edit menu, select the option: "This artwork is intended for a portrait orientation display" and specify if the video is uploaded in portrait orientation or tilted (90º clockwise, 90º counterclockwise, or 180º).
Sync Display: Ensure your paired screen is also set to portrait in the Display Settings menu
