Make your collection easily searchable and professional by adding detailed information to your artworks during the upload process. Within My Area, click Edit under any uploading or existing file to enter the Title, Creation Year, Media Category, and a detailed Description.
Organize your artworks into custom internal categories using the Sets feature. Navigate to the left-hand menu in My Area, click Sets +, and give your new category a name to group related works together for your private viewing.
Attach professional documentation to your files to verify the provenance and value of your collection. Under the Edit menu, use the Additional & Educational Files section to upload Certificates of Authenticity, artist bios, or project descriptions .
To prepare your art for public display or sale, organize your cataloged works into Channels. Once your metadata is saved, you can select artworks to add to an Artcast for curated streaming or a Catalog for potential loans and sales.
